He is a husband with a beautiful family. When he gets away from the world of advertising and marketing, he enjoys a good round of golf and working out in the gym as much as possible.

With the same passion, but now with more experience, he left Publicis to found alongside his friend David Flores, the advertising agency: Tangente.

With great enthusiasm and love for advertising, she has been worked in agencies such as Terán TBWA, Ogilvy, among others, always in charge of international brands, consumer products, services, government, b2b, etc.

Rosa María aporta experiencia en la producción e implementación de eventos especiales y le da vida y realismos a las experiencias de marca.
Licenciada en Administración de Empresas por vocación, pero loca apasionada de los eventos por elección.

Comienza su carrera en el IMBAL, en el área de finanzas, más tarde se sumerge en Nafinsa en el area de auditorías administrativas y es ahí donde surge la oportunidad de realizar un evento interno para 800 personas.

Hace aproximadamente 30 años comienza su carrera como asistente de producción, para posteriormente convertirse en productor y productor ejecutivo.
La Güera realiza eventos masivos, conciertos, eventos corporativos, activaciones, y le ha dado vida y estilo a marcas como:

Louis Vuitton, Carolina Herrera, Salvatore Ferragamo, Hermenegildo Zegna, Daniel Espinoza, Guess, L’Oréal Paris, Garnier, Maybelline, American Express, Casas Geo, Nextel, Crisol, Sony Entreteniment Television, Absolut, UberEats, entre otros.

Inicia su experiencia digital en Infosel (después Terra Networks) una de las empresas que fundaron las bases del MKT Digital en México. Continuó su desarrollo en diversas agencias digitales donde estuvo a cargo de reconocidas marcas y siempre “evangelizando” en términos digitales en beneficio de las necesidades del cliente.

Con mucho entusiasmo y gusto por la publicidad, estuvo laborando en agencias como Terán TBWA, Ogilvy, entre otras, siempre a cargo de marcas internacionales, productos de consumo, servicios, gobierno, etc.

Uno de sus grandes logros se da en la Universidad Latinoamericana, donde funda el área digital y crea las estrategias de performance y brand awareness para cada tipo de nivel académico con grandes resultados.

Con el interés de generar valor para otras marcas, regresa a las agencias de publicidad y se integra a Tangente para desarrollar el área digital como Directora de Marketing Digital, en donde ha creado múltiples estrategias para redes sociales, planeación de medios digitales, performance y brand awareness digital, trabajando para clientes B2C y B2B.

Comenzó su carrera profesional en Young & Rubicam. Posteriormente se une a McCann World Group, donde desarrolla su potencial en el área de planeación estratégica, servicio a clientes y se convierte en el responsable de llevar todas las marcas de Chevrolet durante 6 años. Después se incorpora al grupo francés Publicis como Director de Cuenta y unos meses más tarde es ascendido a Vicepresidente y Director Regional para Latinoamérica. Estando en Publicis liderea clientes como HP, British Airways, LG, Cemex, BMW, Whirlpool, Pernod Ricard, entre otros. Buscando libertad operativa y creativa, funda Tangente en 2008 junto a su gran amigo Gilberto Ahuatzi, respaldado por un extraordinario equipo de trabajo. Ha sido jurado en varios festivales de publicidad, conferencista y ha ganado más de 15 premios EFFIE por eficiencia publicitaria.

Es esposo y padre de familia. Cuando se aleja del mundo de la publicidad y el marketing, disfruta una buena ronda de golf y entrenar en el gimnasio, tanto como le sea posible.
